Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler has been rushed to hospital after reportedly stabbing himself in the stomach.
Emergency services were called to the star's Los Angeles home on Thursday night following reports a man had stabbed himself, according to TMZ.
Adler is said to have been found with a wound to his abdomen.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. No one else was reported to have been involved in the stabbing.
Adler, born Michael Coletti, was an original member of Guns N' Roses and performed with them during their 80s heyday.
However he was kicked out of the band in 1990 due to his drug use.
His issues with drugs have been well documented, having taken part in a number of reality television shows which focus on rehab.
He was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with the Guns N' Roses in 2012 and today he performs with his new outfits, Adler’s Appetite and Adler.
