Gun-wielding woman filmed screaming 'where's my food' in fast food chain

A woman was caught on CCTV wielding a gun as she demanded food at a fast food chain.

The woman was standing in a queue at a Chipotle branch in Philadelphia when she started to become agitated at waiting.

To the horror of other diners of the Mexican restaurant, , the woman then brandishes a gun from her purse shouting "where's my food".

Police say the incident happened in the 7 Cottman Avenue restaurant on Saturday - with the women triggered when staff told all customers they had to close to store and they would have to order their food online.

The women reportedly went on to point the gun at staff before telling them there would be a problem if she didn't get her food, reports abc7 eyewitness news.

In a desperate effort to get her to leave, an employee made her the ordered meal before she left with the food and fled in an unknown direction.

Police said they had noticed an increase in customer frustrations at such establishments throughout the pandemic.

Lt. Dennis Rosenbaum said: "It's going to take a little longer to get your fast food, it might not be as fast, but to pull guns on people is not the answer.'

Anyone with information about the suspect or the incident is asked to contact police at 215-686-8477.
