A suspected gun, a silencer and cocaine worth thousands were among items seized by gardai in west Dublin today.
The suspected firearm was discovered along with €5,000 worth of cocaine following a search operation in Cherry Orchard today.
During the search, four magazines, ammunition and a silencer were also seized.
A garda spokesman said no arrests have been made in relation to the seizure and investigations are ongoing.
