Police have confirmed gun shots were fired in Cheetham Hill.
Officers were called to Kelvin Grove after residents reported hearing shots fire in the early hours of the morning on Monday, May 11.
There were no reports of any injuries.

A section of Kelvin Grove was sealed off with police tape throughout Monday.
Officers could be seen within the police cordon combing the area for clues.
No further details have been released by GMP at this stage.
GMP have appealed for witnesses or anyone with further information to come forward.
A statement released by the force on Monday said: "Shortly before 1.15am on Monday, May 11, 2020, police officers were called to reports of gun shots heard on Kelvin Grove, Cheetham Hill.
"Officers are currently investigating and a scene is in place.
"There are no reported injuries.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
