Guitar belonging to victim's late father stolen from homeless person

A guitar with "great sentimental value" was stolen from a homeless man in Bristol.

The instrument belonged to the 50-year-old victim's late father.

The black Keiper 12-string guitar was stolen near We the Curious in Anchor Road at around 11.40am on Wednesday November 27.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary have now released an image of a man who they want to speak to.

Officers believe the man, riding a bike in the image, could help their investigation.

Police also want to hear from anyone who may have been offered the guitar for sale.

If you can help, get in touch with police through  www.avonandsomerset.police.uk/contact, or call 101 quoting reference 5219274327.

Alternatively ring the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. They never ask your name or trace your call.
