The Scarlets have squeezed into the European Champions Cup play-off against the Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium thanks to Glasgow's thumping win over Edinburgh.
Wayne Pivac's side were stunned on Judgement Day, losing to the Dragons 32-34 in a dramatic encounter.
At that point, their hopes of making the play-off seemed all but over, needing Edinburgh to pick up less than two points against Glasgow at Scotstoun.
But Dave Rennie's side thumped their rivals 34-10 to finish top of Conference A, clinch a home semi-final and set up an all Welsh Champions Cup play-off between Scarlets and Ospreys.
The Euro play-off between the two sides will take place on the weekend of May 18.
Elsewhere, Benetton created history by beating Zebre and becoming the first ever Italian side to make the Guinness PRO14 post-season.
Ulster beat Leinster to set up a home quarter-final against Connacht.
Glasgow edging out Edinburgh meant Munster now face a home quarter-final against the Italian side.
Meanwhile, the Dragons avoided finishing bottom of their conference thanks to a win over the Scarlets.
