Guilt Season 2: New trailer for BBC dark comedy series filmed in Glasgow released

A second trailer for hit BBC One show Guilt has been released.

The teaser for the second series of the Scottish drama was shared on director Neil Forsyth's Twitter and we were given a bit more of an idea of what to expect.

The first trailer was so fast paced it was hard to keep up and gave little away regarding the plot and so far, apart from the short clips, not a lot of information has been given away about the dark comedy series.

The trailer starts with a shot of Max (Bonner) taking off his coat with a voice over of him saying: "I just want a piece of what I had. Of who I was."

'Here we go again', bold writing appears across the screen.

Spoiler alert: the second series picks up after the very last episode of season one, which ends with Max being arrested.

The trailer focuses on Max leaving prison but "his old life has run for the hills."

Eagle-eyed viewers will also have spotted Gary: Tank Commander star Greg McHugh in the clip, who is among the new cast members joining the TV show.

In another shot, we can just about see Max get pushed to the side but it's unclear whether he's being attacked or not.

No official release date has been given for the series yet, but it's expected to come out in Autumn 2021... so watch this space.
