How do you like to take your coffee?
A dash of milk? A spoonful of sugar? Or perhaps a massive dollop of mould is more your thing?
Following one woman's disturbing revelation about boiling her stained knickers in her hotel room's kettle (she forgot to pack a spare pair) comes another cautionary tale which will put you off hot drinks in hotels for life.
This time, it concerns the coffee maker.
Sharing his findings on Reddit , the guest captioned the image with "And this is why you check the hotel coffeemaker before you use it...."
The photo opened the floodgates for other disgusting hotel room revelations.
"My friend found dirty diapers in the hotel ice container the other day," one person replied with.
There were more coffee machine woes, with someone else adding: "I learned that the hard way... drank 3 coffees and when I purchased the 4th, cockroaches started crawling out of the coffeemaker. Needless to say I never drank a coffee in a hotel again."
And just in case you're not put off enough, a hotel employee even chimed in with: "As someone who has worked housekeeping, don't bother even using the coffee machine."
