The Guardian’s journalism has been shortlisted across 11 categories by two of the UK’s most prestigious journalism awards.
The British Journalism Awards have shortlisted Guardian writers in sport, politics and foreign affairs, while the Keep it in the Ground project has been nominated for campaign of the year and the HSBC Files is up for investigation of the year.
Meanwhile, the Guardian’s Long Read section, launched this year, has racked up seven nominations across six categories in the Foreign Press Association Media Awards, which have also recognised G2’s coverage of women who marry Islamic State fighters.
