Gordon Brown unveiled what he called a "realistic and radical" manifesto in Birmingham today. With the assistance of many of his cabinet he took questions from the press and vowed to fight for a "future fair for all".
We hear from the lead author of the manifesto, Ed Miliband; the chancellor, Alistair Darling; the schools secretary, Ed Balls; and the Olympics minister, Tessa Jowell.
Party activists left the Queen Elizabeth hospital with a spring in their step – although not all were satisfied that enough was being done for those on low wages.
