A 17-month-old baby boy has died in appalling circumstances, despite being seen twice a week by health or social workers. It happened in the London borough of Haringey, the authority that failed in its duty of care to Victoria Climbié eight years ago. Mor Dioum, the director of the Victoria Climbié foundation, is among those calling for a public inquiry.
