Guardian Daily: UK tells rejected refugees that Iraq is safe

Home affairs editor Alan Travis has seen leaked correspondence from the Home Office to Iraqis whose claims for refugee status has been rejected. Some 1,400 Iraqis are to be told it's safe for them to return to Iraq.
