Guardian Daily: ID cards errors are ‘inevitable’

Government-appointed experts say there are bound to be mistakes if ID cards are introduced. The shadow home office minister, Damian Green, tells our chief political correspondent, Nicholas Watt, it is time for the government to scrap its plans for ID cards.
