Guardian Daily: Harriet Harman on expenses scandal

Harriet Harman, the Leader of the House of Commons, and deputy leader of the Labour party, says every MP shares responsibility for the cloud of mistrust that now hangs over Westminster. But she tells Guardian columnist Polly Toynbee that the scandal over MPs' expenses has hit Labour particularly hard, because of what the party believes it stands for.
