Guardian Daily: Halt rush to biofuels, ministers told

A government report says the UK must review its biofuels targets while more research is carried out into the impact on global food production. Environment editor John Vidal says British diplomats have a battle on their hands if they are to now push the EU to reconsider its biofuels targets.
