Environmental writers John P Abraham and Dana Nuccitelli have won the National Center for Science Education (NCSE)’s Friend of the Planet award.
Abraham and Nuccitelli were honoured for their contributions to the Guardian’s Climate Consensus - 97% blog and Skeptical Science’s website.
Speaking about the winners, NCSE’s executive director Ann Reid said: “All of the Friends of the Planet for 2016 shine as climate communicators, in different but complementary ways. Dana Nuccitelli and John Abraham have consistently provided timely commentary on the latest developments.”
