Guardian Books podcast: Love and poetry with Fiona Shaw

The most romantic project of London 2012 isn't happening in the capital at all, but around some of the UK's most remote beaches, where for one weekend in July, the nation's favourite love poetry will resound through a series of encampments.

Peace Camp is a multi-site installation which is being put together by the director/actor partnership of Deborah Warner and Fiona Shaw under the aegis of Artichoke, the street spectacle company best known for the Sultan's Elephant.

Since Valentine's day we've been collecting our readers' favourite love poems on the books website. Their choices were among the poems read out by Shaw and actor Chris Moran at a Peace Camp launch event as part of the Guardian Open Weekend. Here, for all eternity, is the podcast version.

If you would like to play a part in the project, you can record your favourite love lines at the Peace Camp site.
