Grumpy resident leaves a hilarious note for inconsiderate driver

Most would agree that road rage is a frightening phenomena.

From a blaring horn to a gesticulating, angry fellow road-user, we have all experienced it at some point - and few relish the experience.

But according to Cheshire Live, a Chester resident has come up with a considered response to a piece of poor parking which is more 'frosty put-down' than 'rage.'

Clearly fed-up with parked vehicles blocking pedestrian access to the pavement, the unknown author tucked his written response underneath a rear wiper.

And to add to the dramatic effect, he or she even took the time to type in capitals:

"I PARK ON THE PAVEMENT BECAUSE I AM FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHER PEOPLE."

The message was left on a white Nissan, parked outside a row of houses in the Roman city's Handbridge area.

Sharp-eyed Twitter user @kevbrackenbury then captured the moment for posterity when walking through the Chester suburb.

The street's name was not revealed, but nonetheless the note went down a storm on social media.

One Twitter user said: "Brilliant. May start doing that," while another simply replied: "Love it."
