A document and software solutions company has become the latest firm to relocate its head office to a new serviced office scheme in Derby.

Docuflow has moved into the Cardinal Business Centre, which is based within Cardinal Square, in Nottingham Road.

The firm has made the decision to relocate its operation following a period of sustained growth and significant recent contract awards, including being added to the UK Government framework for their digital transformation projects.

Founded in 2011, Docuflow specialises in cloud-based software solutions and has partnerships with the likes of Ricoh, Sharp, infoRouter and Esker to provide document services to clients across the UK.

Chris Rowlands, a director at Docuflow, said: “We were really impressed with the facilities at Cardinal Business Centre.

“As a document and software solutions company, having hi-tech facilities is important for our day-to-day business and the new managed workspace has everything we need as we move into the next phase of our expansion over the next 12 months.

“We have settled in really well here and the central location is proving a real plus for our staff and clients.”

The building is set around a central quadrant and comprises of four inter-connecting blocks, each arranged on four and five floors.

Philip Stone, manager at Cardinal Business Centre, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Chris and his team to Cardinal Business Centre.

“We have worked very hard to create an environment that will attract dynamic businesses and are pleased to hear that we have met Docuflow’s needs.

“We offer the broadest range of quality workspace and flexible leases in the city with the option to contract or expand as businesses require.

“Our full range of business support services are designed to meet business’ individual needs, so we really can cater for everyone with our unique and adaptable office space solutions.”
