A growing Nottingham marketing agency has won a prestigious award for its work in designing and building a website for Derbyshire-based financial advisers Red Circle.
The Yardstick Agency, based in Nottingham city centre, specialises in working with financial services clients.
It has won the best website award at the 2020 Professional Adviser awards in London.
Phil Bray, founder and director of The Yardstick Agency, said: "When I set up the business three years ago our ambition was to help connect more consumers with great financial planning.
"One of the ways we do this is by showcasing the exceptional work that financial advisers do for clients, and their website is one of the ways they demonstrate the value of their advice.
"As a business that specialises in website design, build and content, we are thrilled that an independent panel of experts has recognised the quality of our work.

The award is the only one of its kind in the UK and rewards financial planner websites that combine great design, simple and consumer-friendly navigation, excellent content and an all-round great user experience.
In recent months the agency has grown significantly.
2020 has got off to a strong start, and the business has already taken on five new members of staff in the first two months of the year.
Phil said: "One of my commitments when I set up The Yardstick Agency was to provide employment opportunities for people in Nottingham.
"So far this year we have employed a financial services writer, a senior web developer, a marketing assistant and two digital copywriters to help us manage our growing workload.
"In just three years, our small Nottingham business has become the go-to marketing provider for financial advisers and planners across the UK. We’re looking ahead to a successful year and hope to add new members to our team during the rest of 2020 and beyond."
