A Derbyshire managed IT and communications provider has almost doubled the size of its office space in order to accommodate its future growth.
Air IT has acquired a second office at the Interchange 25 Business Park, in Sandiacre, just a stone’s throw away from its headquarters, which is called the Technology Hub. It means that the firm now occupies almost 10,000 sq ft at Interchange 25.
The business was founded in 2005 and currently has a team of more than 70 employees. With the additional office, Air IT now has enough space to house up to 100 staff.
The firm has said it is planning to recruit on extra workers over the coming years.
Both Air IT’s offices at Interchange 25 are equipped with facilities designed to encourage employee well-being and development. The new office boasts a gym, “dream room” and quiet area for staff.

“Giving us much-needed space as we continue to grow, the new site houses our recently launched Business Intelligence team, Air BI, and enables us to serve the cyber security needs of new and existing clients through our specialist division, Air Sec.
