Growing concerns for missing Scots pensioner who has vanished from home

A frantic search has been launched for a missing Scots pensioner who has vanished from home.

The growing concerns for the whereabouts of Fay Simpson who hasn't been seen from the Clackmannanshire area since Monday, July 5.

The 69-year-old was last seen at her home address in Ramsay Terrace, Tillicoultry.

Police are appealing for the help of the public to trace Fay.

She is described as being around 5ft in height, medium build, with grey/white long hair and brown eyes.

Inspector Bill Donohoe, said: “Fay has not been seen in a number of days and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“We are appealing for anyone who has seen Fay or someone matching her description to get in touch. We would also appeal to Fay herself to contact us and let us know she is alright.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 3330 of July 6.
