Growing concern for Edinburgh man missing from Trinity area last seen on a mountain bike

Police are appealing for the public's help in a bid to find a missing Edinburgh man.

Archibald Hunter, known locally as Archie, was last seen leaving an address in Earl Haig Gardens in the Trinity area at around 12:30pm today (14 August).

The 47-year-old has not been seen since and police have expressed a growing concern for his welfare.

He is described as white male, aged 47, 5’5”-5’6” tall, medium-to-stocky build, with shaved or short dark hair.

He was last seen on a mountain bike but it's not known what he is wearing.

Anyone who may have seen Archie since this time, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1629 of 14th August 2019.
