Growing concern find missing man Michal Kaczmarek, last seen in Livingston a week ago

An appeal has been launched to trace a man who has been missing from West Lothian for more than a week.

Michal Kaczmarek was last seen on Thursday, January 23 in Clement Rise, Livingston.

The 31-year-old spoke to a friend over the phone the following day but no-one has seen him or heard from him since then.

Michal, who is Polish, has a small group of friends in Scotland and they say it is unusual for him to be out of touch for so long.

Police Scotland said: "Extensive enquiries are under way to locate Michal, but attempts to trace him have, so far, proved unsuccessful.

"Given the passage of time and the fact that this is unusual behaviour from Michal, concern for him is growing."

Anyone with information has been urged to contact Livingston police station via 101, quoting incident number 2675 of 28 January, 2020.
