This is about a young girl called Laura Sibbie. she buys a cap at a garbage sale. The hat becomes part of her and she wears it everywhere. At school, Laura creates a club and names it after her hat – Pig City. Every member of the club needs to give a secret insurance – for example an embarrassing secret! The reason for this is that if they reveal the secret club their insurance will be shown to the whole school! Eventually someone hears about PIG CITY after an argument and things go terribly wrong… Watch out Pig City, here comes Monkey Town !
