Group of students set Galway city alight with impromptu singing session

Here's the moment a group of students took to the streets in Galway while singing Paul Simon's 'You Can Call Me Al'.

The video has been uploaded on to the social media website TikTok and has been viewed thousands of times.

The group are all students at Trinity College and are members of the a cappella group the 'Trinitones'.

They have since posted the video on their own social media channels with the caption 'Spotted in Galway'.

People were thrilled to see some normality back in the streets with one even saying: "If I heard this from my window I'd be in heaven and probably run out in my night clothes dancing in the streets lol."

The Trinitones are well known among Dublin students as a group which performs at events all around the country.
