Ground is broken on development of 187 homes in Keyworth

Ground has been broken at a development of 187 homes in Keyworth.

The site, which the builders have named Spinners Croft, is in Platt Lane and is set to launch to home buyers in April 2020.

Two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are planned for the development including a selection of bungalows.

This is the latest Miller development in Nottinghamshire to be announced - existing new homes sites include Imperial Gardens in Southwell and Augustus Grange in Farnsfield.

Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: "We are certain that Spinners Croft will offer something for everyone, with children’s playgrounds and sports fields on the doorstep for families, as well as good access to the A46 and frequent transport links to Nottingham city centre for young professionals."

Platt Lane is close to a number of key amenities. And while the site won't be officially launched until April next year, house hunters can register their interest in the development at www.millerhomes.co.uk or call 03301 735 144.
