He broke hopeful hearts all over New England.
As promised, Rob Gronkowski made his "big announcement" on Instagram Tuesday morning, and to the disappointment of Patriots fans from Milford, Conneticut, to Millinocket, Maine, the former Patriots tight end did not reveal his plan to return to the Patriots.
He will be in Miami for the Super Bowl, but he won't be wearing a Patriots uniform.
"I am going for the championship of partying in Miami with my very own music festival during Big Game Weekend: @GronkBeach presented by @MonsterEnergy!" Gronk said on Instagram.
Oh, well. It looks like Tom Terrific will have to learn to get by with N'Keal Harry and Jakobi Meyers.
