Grinning Kris Boyd trolls Celtic fans as Rangers hero drops 'big referee decisions' claim

Grinning Kris Boyd trolled Celtic as he turned recent discourse on its head by claiming they always get the big decisions from referees.

Ange Postecoglou's side took the lead against Hearts in controversial fashion as the Kyogo Furuhashi appeared to be in offside position when he received Anthony Ralston's cross at the break.

Following very public discussion of the number of penalties given to the Hoops' title rivals, it wasn't one that former Rangers striker Boyd would let go at half-time in the Scottish Premiership clash.

Eilidh Barbour took the Sky Sports pundits through the big calls in the game, but skipped over Boyd when discussing the opener.

He quickly cut in before they could cut to a break to have a go the decision from the linesman - and have a cheeky dig at Celtic and the big refereeing decisions.

Chuckling Boyd said : "When it's 1-0 you will always get a chance, but why did you not come to me on the goal?

"I would like to have my say on the offside goal.

"Celtic are getting big decisions from referees again."
