Elon Musk’s lover Grimes come under fire from fans for her latest confession.
The billionaire's girlfriend and baby mama, 32, caused controversy when she told her 1.6million fans she was "weirdly enjoying" getting Covid-19.
Her comment caused an outcry on Twitter with people branding her "insensitive" amid the deadly pandemic sweeping the globe.
Grimes updated her fans she had "finally" got Covid but she had tried to reassure them she was "weirdly enjoying" it.
She told fans: "Finally got COVID but weirdly enjoying the DayQuil fever dream 2021."
Twitter was awash with comments from fans failing to understand how Grimes could be happy having contracted the killer virus.
Among the sea of complaints, fans wrote: "Apparently Grimes got COVID and... she's happy about it???? what?? she literally said sleep inducing meds make her "feel better" ... could be talking about a cry for help."
"Grimes expressing that she’s excited that she finally got covid tells us that being the baby momma to a billionaire ain’t all that fun."
"Grimes saying she’s enjoying having Covid is very insensitive to everyone who has lost someone to the illness. Like b***h we get it you ain’t got no worries, but shut up and keep it moving."
In November, her lover Elon blasted coronavirus testing when he got two positive and two negative results.
At the time, he tweeted: “Something extremely bogus is going on.
“Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse.”
Grimes and Elon went public with their romance in 2018.
The couple happily welcomed their first child X Æ A-Xii together.
Elon has seven children in total but X Æ A-Xii is Grimes only child currently.
