Grill politicians and public figures - BBC Scotland's Debate Night needs Edinburgh audience members

BBC Scotland's Debate Night show is returning to Edinburgh this month and is looking for locals to grill politicians and public figures post-Brexit.

The Question Time-style show, presented by Stephen Jardine, is back for a new series looking at the most important topics of the day, with talking-points expected to be about independence and Brexit this time around.

The presenter explained:

"You lead the agenda – your questions will be put to the people who influence how Scotland is run and will define the direction of the programme.

"Whether you have a question about independence, the NHS, schools, climate change, the EU or any other issues affecting your family, we want you to apply and be part of the discussion."

Filming takes place in central Edinburgh on Wednesday 26th February. Audiences are asked to arrive for 18:30 to allow time before recording between 20:00 and 21:00 - the programme will then be broadcast on the BBC Scotland channel at 22:30 that night.

Can't make next week? Not to worry, you can still put your questions to Scotland's politicians next month on the 18th of March when filming for the show returns again to the capital.
