Xavier Brouwer’s hilarious musical takes a satirical look at the Australian health system, the public hospital, and its administration. It follows Violet Grey, a registered nurse who battles a number of characters in the system.
She struggles with her numbers focused hospital administrator, a public health campaign specialist, and a two-timing boyfriend who is part of a marketing group that comes up with dubious public health campaigns. She also has to deal with the unstable ice addict that roams the hospital and the resident mental health nurse who probably has a crush on her.
