Greggs urgently recalling frozen mini sausage rolls sold at Iceland over safety fears

Greggs is recalling its frozen mini sausage rolls over fears some may contain small pieces of plastic.

Sold at Iceland , customers are being urged to return the pack of 16 mini sausage rolls immediately.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said the recall does not affect any products sold at Next are selling a cushion that looks just like a Greggs steak bake

The FSA said: "Greggs is recalling its frozen mini sausage rolls (16 pack) because they may contain small pieces of plastic.

"The presence of plastic could present a choking hazard, makes this product unsafe to eat and presents a safety risk.

"This product is exclusively sold in Iceland stores and does not affect the Next are selling a cushion that looks just like a Greggs steak bake ."

Customers are being advised to return the product to the Iceland store they bought it from for a full refund.
