Greggs will open its latest bakery in Wales this week.
The chain confirmed the new shop will launch in Prestatyn on Friday - creating 10 new jobs.
It is next to a new Co-op store and on the site of the town's former magistrates court.
Paco Van Cant, shop manager at Greggs Prestatyn, said: “We can’t wait to open our doors and hear what the local community thinks.
"We hope customers enjoy the wide range of tasty items we have on offer."
Roisin Currie, retail and people director for Greggs, said: “We’re delighted to be able to invest in Prestatyn, bringing new jobs to the area and providing both new and existing customers with a modern and convenient new shop.”
Co-op opened its new store at the detail and housing development earlier this month.
