It would seem Christmas has come early, as the bakers Greggs has announced that it will be handing out freebies tomorrow, Wednesday November 7.
The pastry giants will give away 1,600 festive bakes, a day before they are put on sale in stores. To claim one of the 1,600, at 4pm head to a selected Greggs store – listed below – and ask for the winter treat.
The free bakes will be on offer at 16 stores across the UK, including the Great Portland Street branch in central London and the Epping Forest Retail Park site in north London.
The seasonal snack features a puff pastry with a crunchy crumb, filled with chicken breast, sage and onion stuffing, bacon, and a sage and cranberry sauce.
For those who miss the giveaway, the Christmassy bite will go on sale on Thursday November 8 for £1.50 a pop.
