Greggs now on Just Eat - and there's no minimum spend or delivery fee

Picture the scene: you're in bed, your head hurts but you need food and the fridge is barren.

While there is more than likely a Greggs within walking distance, you still can't brave the outside, or standing in a queue, and you doubt you'll even be able to mutter the words "a sausage sandwich and a coffee" to staff.

Nowadays, that doesn't mean you have to go hungry or even put any effort in to secure carbs in a bid to fight off the effects of whatever it is you did the previous night.

That's because Greggs is now on Just Eat and - for a limited time at least - you can order delivery without even having to meet a minimum spend requirement.

Why do Greggs serve their sausage rolls cold?

Greggs in Gosforth , Byker and Newcastle City Centre are all among the branches signed up.

Deliveries start at 8am every morning. So breakfast in bed is absolutely an option. As are lunchtime baguettes, tea time pasties,  afternoon doughnuts and surprise orders for your colleagues when they're at work and you're not.
