Quality Assurance Technician - Bramley HQ
Hours: 40
Salary: Grade 4 - £10.18 per hour plus extra for shift allowance
Skills:
- Desirable qualifications – Food science based degree, Level 3 food hygiene and Level 3 HACCP certificate
- Previous experience in high care food manufacturing operations
- Good knowledge of current food legislation
- Internal auditing experience
- Practical knowledge of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety
- Practical knowledge QMS Systems, including GMP, traceability and document control
- High level of numerical and written skills
- High level of IT knowledge (word, excel, outlook, databases)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan workload
