Gregg Wallace quits BBC's Eat Well For Less as he juggles multiple TV gigs

Gregg Wallace has quit as co-host of the BBC's Eat Well For Less, after eight years.

The move comes as the busy presenter finds himself more in demand than ever before.

Gregg filmed MasterChef just before Christmas and in the next month will start work on Celebrity Masterchef.

He can also be seen hosting BBC Two’s Inside The Factory, ITV's South Africa With Gregg Wallace, Channel 5's Gregg Wallace's Fun Weekend and has just started presenting a live exercise segment on Jeremy Vine's weekday TV show.

On top of his TV work Gregg also has his own monthly subscription website, offering live exercise sessions, recipes and nutrition advice to fans.

The busy presenter told The Sun: "I’ve loved working on the series with Chris [Bavin] but now it’s time to hand over the knife and fork to someone else to continue helping people eat well."

The father-of-one is now in the best shape of his life after a blunt warning from a doctor about his health inspired him to make lasting changes.

Over the last couple of years the 56-year-old has lost four stone and got fit, using his social media page to inspire others to do the same.
