Gregg Popovich stonewalled an Australian reporter at an AFL game

Team USA is in Australia for the final tune-up games before the start of the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China at the end of the month, and after beating the home Australian national team in Melbourne on Thursday, the Americans relaxed by checking out an Australian Football League match.

Donovan Mitchell admitted he knew absolutely nothing about the AFL in a live interview with Australian reporter Brian Taylor, and said he’s never seen a venue as big as Marvel Stadium.

Taylor tried to grab a word with Team USA head coach Gregg Popovich, but Popovich walked away without a word.

“We might leave him alone and leave him at that, otherwise… he’s very capable of getting very, very grumpy.”
