Newcastle-born actor Greg Wise is the latest star to be confirmed for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Greg, who was born on Tyneside in May 1966, has featured in countless films like Sense and Sensibility, Johnny English and Walking on Sunshine and TV shows like The Buccaneers, Sirens, Law and Order UK and The Crown.
And he also has a very famous other half, having been married to celebrated actress since 2003, with the couple having started a relationship in 1995 after meeting on the set of Sense and Sensibility.

Greg, who is now stranger to a TV talent contest, having won The Great Celebrity Bake Off in 2019, was confirmed for Strictly on Wednesday's This Morning, when he told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford he was ready to "embrace the sequins."
Talking about being on the show, Greg said he wanted to do his late sister proud, explaining: "My beautiful sister was a huge disco queen.
"She left our world almost exactly 5 years ago in a glitter ball coffin.
"This is for her. My gorgeous Diva sis, who would have been insane with excitement that her little bro was doing this.
"I will channel her, as her bro can’t dance - but I’m thrilled to be dipping my toes, knees, hips and arms into this wonderful world, and hope to make her proud, and obviously make her laugh...”
Greg wasn't the only star to join the Strictly line-up on Wednesday, with Gordon Ramsay's daughter Tilly also unveiled as contestant on This Morning.
On her involvement on the hit BBC show, she said: ""I’m so excited and grateful to be joining the Strictly family! I’m always up for fun new challenges and this will be my biggest adventure yet!
"I’m going to put my heart and soul into this and can’t wait to get my dancing shoes on and show my Dad how it’s really done! Bring on the glitz, glamour and sequins!”
