Greg Rutherford is engaged to girlfriend Susie Verrill after popping the question during a mountain hike.
The Olympian and former Strictly Come Dancing star asked Susie to be his wife as they took in the views from the top of a mountain in Phoenix, Arizona.
Greg, 32, shared the happy news on Instagram by sharing a picture of stunning Susie proudly showing off her engagement ring.
Dressed for her hike in skintight leggings, a crop top, cap and shades, Susie sat down on the rocks and held up her hand to display her new piece of jewellery.
Greg also shared a close-up picture of the stunning ring - and the diamond is huge!

He said: "Came to Phoenix, got myself a fiancé. @susiejverrillsaid YES!"
Susie, a former journalist who now runs her own lifestyle website, also shared the news on Twitter .
She posted a sweet picture of herself and Greg snuggled up together with beautiful views behind her as she held up her hand.
She said: "Went on a hike, got annoyed with each other, wondered why @ GregJRutherford was being so particular about finding ‘beautiful views’, finally found out why"
The couple's famous friends rushed to congratulate them.

Greg and Susie met in 2012 and have two children together, Milo and Rex.
She once joked about realising she'd fallen pregnant with their second child while he was taking part in Strictly.
She said at the time: "When we worked out our dates, it appeared I fell for Greg’s charms around the time he was Paso-ing like a masculine bullfighter.
"Then we found out we were wrong and it turns out I like my other half best when he’s clad in a floral Salsa shirt, looking like a camp, ginger hairdresser named Tristan."
