Greg Hemphill and Robert Florence's 'Queen of the New Year' returns for Hogmanay

Still Game icon Greg Hemphill and Burnistoun's Robert Florence are returning to BBC One Scotland this weekend with their comedy sketch 'Queen of the New Year'. The programme made its festive debut last year and is making a comeback on Hogmanay to bring more mirth and merriment to the evening.

Featuring Greg and Robert with some of the best up and coming and established Scottish talent, the show will take on big talking points from 2022, serving up plenty of laughs as we head towards the bells.

From Turkey teeth, delayed ferries, fast turnaround prime ministers, everyday VAR decisions to an unusual masked singer… it has been a rollercoaster of a year. Thankfully 'Queen of the New Year' is here to poke fun at all the news and gossip of the last twelve months.
