Greg Cunningham feels “right at home” at Preston and was pleased to sign a new contract at the Sky Bet Championship club.
The 30-year-old left-back rejoined the Lilywhites in January following two-and-a-half years at Cardiff, returning initially on loan before signing a permanent deal until the end of the season.
Cunningham has now signed a new deal to keep him at the club until the summer of 2023.
“I’m delighted to get things sorted,” Cunningham told the club’s website. “I have said since I returned to the club that I feel right at home and it’s great to get it done before the season finishes.
“We’ve got two games to go, we want to pick up as many points as we can and then I can go home and relax, knowing my future is sorted at the club I love.”
