JAGUARS (2-4) AT TITANS (3-4)

The NFL having these two teams grand-marshal its Week 8 parade is like a restaurant leading off its menu with liver and onions. I'm not even sure Jacksonville and Nashville are interested in this matchup. Blake Bortles and Marcus Mariota looked like superstars when the young QBs last met, in a 42-39 Titans win last season, Bortles throwing for five TDs and Mariota passing for 268 yards and running for 112 more. But now? Bortles has nine interceptions, and there are rumors Jax might be close to desperately giving Chad Henne the ball. Mariota has six picks and a career 2-8 record at home. Jacksonville is in worse shape, though. Its retooled defense has disappointed, and coach Gus Bradley is so close to being fired it might happen at halftime. Jags will be wearing awful mustard-colored uniforms Thursday and might look as bad athletically as they do sartorially.
