Green gets baggy green from Pat Cummins

Pat Cummins has presented Cameron Green with his baggy green.

Green is making his Test debut against India at Adelaide Oval, where the 21-year-old has become the nation's 459th male Test cricketer.

The allrounder suffered a mild concussion last Friday but batted in the nets on Tuesday and Wednesday, and has ticked every box required under Cricket Australia's concussion protocols.

"Cam Green will make his Test debut," captain Tim Paine said in his pre-match press conference.

"Which is great news for him, great news for us and great news for Australian cricket fans."

Steve Smith, who failed to train on Tuesday because of a sore back, is also set to take his place in Australia's XI.
