Bury is the only area of Greater Manchester to be showing a rise in weekly Covid cases, latest data shows.
Weekly rates have fallen in the nine other borough of the city region, the statistics reveal.
Trafford continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, followed by Stockport then Bury.

Trafford recorded a rate of 470.6 cases per 100,000 people to the week ending October 27, which represents the latest data available from the UK Health Security Agency.
But the borough recorded the highest fall in cases in Greater Manchester - 22 per cent in a week.
And across Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate was down 14 per cent.
Stockport also recorded a 20 per cent fall in weekly cases.
The lowest infection rate is in Manchester, where the rate is 269.7 cases per 100,000 people.

The weekly trend in Bury was up two per cent in the week to October 27.
The data - published on Sunday - means Trafford, Stockport and Bury are the only boroughs with figures above the national average.
In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 354.9 cases per 100,000 population.
That's lower than the national average, which is 422.1 cases per 100,000 people.
A total of 10,064 people tested positive for coronavirus across Greater Manchester in the week ending October 27.
The Greater Manchester weekly total has decreased by 1,636 cases compared to the previous week, which means the infection rate was down 14 per cent in the last week.
In the week ending October 27, 41 people died within 28 days of a positive Covid test across Greater Manchester, six fewer than the week before, according to the data.
Tameside recorded 948 coronavirus cases, which is 142 fewer than in the previous seven days.
The latest infection rate there is 417.4 cases per 100,000 people - down 13 per cent week-on-week.
In Oldham , the number of cases is down by 12 per cent compared to the previous week - leaving the infection rate at 280.7 cases per 100,000 of the population.
There were 667 positive Covid-19 tests in Oldham in the week ending October 27, 92 fewer than the previous seven days.
In Bury , the latest infection rate is 425.8 cases per 100,000 people and the number of cases has gone up by two per cent.

A total of 812 people tested positive for Covid in the borough over the seven days ending on October 27, 14 more than the week before.
Wigan saw a total of 1,216 cases in the week ending October 27, which is 139 fewer than the previous week. That is a fall of 10 per cent. The most recent coronavirus infection rate is now 367.7 cases per 100,000 people.
In Trafford , there were 1,118 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending October 27, which is 309 fewer than the previous seven days.
It has the highest infection rate in the region.
But the infection rate there is down slightly compared with the previous day and the week-on-week trend is down by 22 per cent.
Manchester , which has the lowest infection rate in the region, recorded 1,499 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending October 27, which is 317 fewer than the previous week.
The coronavirus infection rate is now 269.7 cases per 100,000 people - down by 17 per cent week-on-week.
Bolton is also an area where the trend is down. The latest infection rate there is 275.1 cases per 100,000 people.
There were 793 cases recorded in Bolton over the week, which is 82 fewer than the previous week - or a fall of nine per cent.
There was a fall of 12 per cent in cases in Salford over the week ending October 27, and the infection rate is now 293.9 cases per 100,000 population.
Salford recorded 772 positive Covid-19 tests over the seven-day period, and that is 110 fewer than the previous week.
There were 1,307 positive tests over the last week in Stockport , which is 320 fewer than in the previous week.
The week-on-week trend in the borough is down by 20 per cent and the latest infection rate is 444.3 cases per 100,000 people.
The trend is down in Rochdale , where there were 932 positive Covid-19 tests in the week ending October 27, which is 139 fewer than the previous seven days. That is down by 13 per cent compared to the previous week.
The latest infection rate in Rochdale is 416.7 cases per 100,000 people.
