It’s set to be a mild and cloudy weekend across Greater Manchester.
After a week of warmer weather, temperatures could reach 13C in some parts of the region - above average for this time of year.
There was a cloudy, dry start to today (Friday). Strong winds are expected to gradually ease later on though. As evening arrives, it will turn cloudier with the potential for rain and drizzle overnight.
Winds will increase into Saturday morning and it is expected to turn slightly cooler as the weekend goes on. Some areas could see lows of 5 and 6C on Saturday.
However, it should remain dry and mild throughout the day. On Sunday, it will be cloudy with temperatures in the region of 11C.

Friday will start with sunny intervals but should turn overcast by early evening. Highs of 13C, but a low of 9C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 12C and lows of 7C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 11C.
Oldham
Friday will see sunny intervals changing to overcast by early evening. Highs of 11C, but a low of 7C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 10C and lows of 5C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 9C.
Rochdale
It could be a wet one in Rochdale on Friday with drizzle forecast this evening after sunny intervals throughout the day. Highs of 11C, but a low of 8C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 11C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 10C.
Salford
Friday will see sunny spells turning overcast by early evening. Highs of 12C, but a low of 8C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 12C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 11C.
Stockport
Friday will be warmer than most in Stockport. Highs of 13C, but a low of 9C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 12C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 11C.
Tameside
Friday will see sunny intervals changing to overcast by early evening. Highs of 12C, but a low of 8C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 11C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 10C.
Trafford
Sunny intervals are forecast for Trafford, changing to light rain by early evening. Highs of 13C, but a low of 9C. Saturday will be cloudy with highs of 12C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 11C.
Wigan
It's a similar picture in Wigan on Friday. Highs will be 12C, but a low of 8C. However, Saturday will see sunny intervals to begin, but the picture will turn cloudy by late morning. Highs of 12C and lows of 6C. Sunday is forecast to be cloudy with temperatures of 11C.
