What could be better than a fun but challenging job with good pay that is conveniently located? All of the above, but with awesome benefits.

Glassdoor.com, a career information and job search company, looked through the reams of data it has on thousands of companies out there and highlighted those offering very generous benefits and perks right now.

The following eight are most impressive in the benefits department and are hiring in 2018. A few of these companies are unique in the lengths they are willing to go in the mission to keep their workers happy.
