Great Junction Street closed at Water of Leith bridge for two months from Sunday

Part of Great Junction Street in Leith will close at the Water of Leith bridge for more than two months from Sunday.

The busy A901 will shut to southbound traffic for "bridge refurbishment" according to the City of Edinburgh Council.

Diversions will be in place, as signposted, via Coburg Street, Sandport Place and Henderson Street. Buses will be stopped from using Coburg Street temporarily too.

The road closure will be introduced at 9am on Sunday (5 January) and it is scheduled to remain in place until 5pm on 13 March.
