Thousands of people once again settled in on Tuesday night for one of the best shows on telly, as the Great British Bake Off contestants took on the tricky Bread Week.
But one in particular stole the show with a superb performance and a couple of extremely meme-able moments.
Giuseppe Dell'Anno earned himself a Hollywood Handshake, got emotional, called the host the wrong name before finishing strong to earn the Star Baker tag for the first time this series.
The first challenge saw judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith call for a focaccia, with Giuseppe going for a 'Breakfast in Gaeta' theme - which earned him a handshake from Paul, who even asked for the recipe.
"Giuseppe getting overwhelmed after a handshake and being asked for his recipe Paul I LOVE HIM PROTECT GIUSEPPE" tweeted one Irish viewer.
Another added: "Absolutely adore Giuseppe! Italy’s finest"
While another said: "I’ve barely watched bake off this year but I immediately know I want my guy Giuseppe to win, we love an italian king"
Giuseppe would also finish top of the technical challenge (a ciabatta) before nailing the showstopper finale with a fruit themed masterpiece.
Bread week meant it was time to dough for Rochica, who admitted to being a bit gutted to leave the Channel 4 show at the end of week three.
“I was disappointed that I hadn’t done as well as I had done in the practice sessions,” said the HR guru from Birmingham.
“I guess it’s just the way it goes on the day, even though I had pulled them off quite well in the practice, it didn’t work as well in the actual tent.”
Rochica, 27, realised she was for the chop after getting some fairly harsh feedback from the judges.
“My worst moment was when Paul said my bread showstopper looked like 1.5 hours work instead of 4 hours,” she wailed.
